Coral & Cove 30A was founded with a clear purpose: to bring honesty, strategy, and heart back into vacation rental management along Florida’s Scenic 30A.

Our founder, Thomas, recognized a growing issue in the local market—homeowners investing in the area without truly understanding seasonality, demand, or realistic rental performance. Many were sold inflated projections and placed with large management companies that over-promised and under-delivered, leaving properties underperforming and owners frustrated.

Instead of accepting the status quo, Thomas made it his mission to do what he loves—hospitality, strategy, and community—while creating real results for both owners and guests. Coral & Cove 30A was built to be different: transparent, data-driven, detail-obsessed, and deeply personal.

We operate as a boutique, family-style management company, intentionally limiting the number of homes we manage so every property receives hands-on attention. From dynamic pricing and performance optimization to elevated guest experiences and proactive property care, our focus is simple: maximize revenue without sacrificing quality.

Thomas is an avid semi-professional pickleball player, a lifelong car enthusiast, and, at his core, someone who believes experiences matter. He approaches vacation rentals the same way: thoughtfully, competitively, and with precision.

Outside of work, family and community come first. Thomas shares life with his loving wife and their three dogs—a golden Lab Husky mix, a Husky, and a newly adopted Samoyed puppy. His love for animals and involvement in the local community reflects the values Coral & Cove 30A stands for: care, consistency, and integrity.
